Here’s my improvised #country version of #eggdropsoup. Chicken stock with rosemary, onion powder, oregano, garlic powder, and a bay leaf. Added thin sliced #carrots and fresh #celery seed. Boiled a bit, then added some cornstarch for thickening. Let that cook a bit and added my #egg. It needed just a bit more salt so I put a dash of #soysauce. It tastes soooo good! Kinda proud of myself for this one!!
